All orders can be collected from us at Dalby Salon on Monday to Friday between 3.30-4.30pm.

Orders are picked every day Monday- Friday and placed into the Click&Collect area.

You must wait for your ‘pick up ready’ email before coming to collect. If the order is placed before 4.30pm, we will always pack your order the same day. If placed after 4.30pm it will be packed the next day.

As we have girls working in the salon, as long as you have received a ‘pick up ready’ email then you can call to the salon to collect your parcel outside of these hours. If we are open we will then get your parcel for you. Please don’t contact us to arrange pick up outside of the 3.30-4.30 window as we are not able to arrange special pick up. You are only able to call on the off chance we may be open as we don’t have set opening times, we can only garuantee someone will be there Monday to Friday 3.30-4.30pm.

We are closed Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
