Shipping Policy

All of our orders are packed and sent out on a daily basis Monday to Friday. 

Our Cut off time each day is 11.30am. Orders placed before this time will be packed and sent the same day. Orders placed after this time will be packed and sent the next day.

If you order after the 11.30am  cut off on a Friday, your order will not be sent until Monday. 

Shipping Options:

Tracked 24

This is our Royal Mail Next Day Delivery option. Royal Mail aim to get your order to you the next working day including Saturdays.

Tracked 48

This is our Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery option. Royal Mail aim to get your order to you within 48 hours but only guarantee that it will arrive within 2-3 days.

Tracking your Parcel:
On your confirmation email you will always receive a tracking number. You can input your tracking number at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item) to locate your parcel. 

If your parcel has been delivered to the wrong address please check the shipping details you entered. If the shipping details are correct you will need to contact your local depot so they can arrange to bring back your parcel.

If your local depot cannot track your parcel and your parcel is lost, then please contact us at hello@dalbyuk.com
