Refunds
At Dalby UK, we do not accept refunds or returns on any products. Once your order is placed at www.dalbyuk.com this is final. 

Faulty Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@dalbyuk.com and send your item to:

We will get back to you within 3-5 days and replace your item accordingly. 

Parcels that have been returned to sender

At Dalby UK, all our parcels are sent by Royal Mail courier. Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel twice before taking it to your local depot for collection. If you have missed your parcel, please go check at your local depot. 

After 2 weeks of the parcel not being collected, it will then be returned to us at Dalby UK. We will then process a refund minus the shipping costs. This could take 3-5 days from us processing the refund to reach your account. If you need to chat to someone, please email hello@dalbyuk.com
