 Lash Lift Procedure

1. Clean lashes thoroughly and rinse with water to ensure there is no residue left over
2. Place a collegian eye pad over the bottom lashes to protect them from product
3. choose the most appropriate size shield for your client's eyelashes
4. rest the glueless shield on top of your clients eyelid so that the flat part is sitting along the roots of the lashes. You do not need to use bonding gel to stick them to the eyelid but you can if you choose to.
5. cover a small section on top of the shield with bonding gel. Section by section, use your separating tool to lift the lashes up onto the shield. *If you choose to, you can use our lift balm instead of bonding gel for this step. Cover the whole shield in bonding gel and then use a lip brush to push the lashes up onto the shield*
6. use a micro applicator to apply a thin coat of the lifting cream (step 1) along the lash line, leaving on longer for more coarse lashes and not as long for fine lashes. The maximum processing times are below depending which Spacelift Lifting Cream you are using. *If you have used bonding gel you can add up to 2 minutes onto these processing times* *These processing times are approximate and it is important that you monitor the lashes throughout and perform a peel test to see if the lashes are processed early.*     PROCESSING TIMES                                            TGA BASED Lifting Cream - 3 to 8 minutes     CYSTEAMINE BASED LIfting Cream - 8 to 14 minutes
7. Remove lifting cream using a dry lip brush
8. Apply a thin coat of neutralising cream (step 2) along the lash line. Repeat the processing times from how long you left on lifting cream (step 1).
9. Time for an optional tint
10. Apply the moisturiser over the whole of the lashes with a lip brush and gently remove the shields.
11. Use a spooly to brush through the eyelashes and remove the collagen eye pads.

Aftercare

Advise your client to moisturise daily with Castor oil.  provide your client with a copy of aftercare advice.
