Superfix

Superfix: This glue is perfect for those who need a little more time, or also perfect for those working in a warmer more humid environment. This glue has a 1 sec drying time.
Superfix Plus: This glue is our fastest at 0.5 sec drying time.
Superfix Clear: This glue is our fastest at 0.5 sec drying time. It is also clear so it is perfect for colour brown lashes.
Superfix Sensitive: A low fume glue with a 2-3 sec drying time. Contains less of the main ingredient ‘cyanoacrylate’ so that the glue is less strong and may help with the reaction for a more sensitive client. Lower cyanoacrylate levels means retention could be not as strong as our other glues.

Ingredients

2-ETHOXYETHYL 2-CYANOACRYLATE.

WARNING BONDS SKIN AND EYES IN SECONDS. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. CAUSES SKIN IRRITATION AND SERIOUS EYE IRRITATION. MAY CAUSE RESPIRATORY IRRITATION.

REMEMBER..
If your insurance provider tells you to patch test then you 100% need to carry out a patch test.
Our glue (as with all glues) includes an ingredient called cyanoacrylate which is the reason for most reactions. You will see on our bottle that “It is an irritant for your skin, eyeballs and respiratory functions”
which means lash glue should never touch the skin.
If your insurance providers tells you to follow your brand guidelines then these are Dalby UK guidelines below:
1. If a client has concerns about the glue it would be wise to offer a patch test. It is not essential that you need to patch test lash glue on clients.
2. It is vital that prior to the lash appointment, you outline the risks and information involved with the glue to the client. This could be sent out to them in an information pack.
3. As with all appointments… a consultation form and patch test sheet needs to be filled in from the client with a signature from you both so that you can keep this on record. The patch test sheet will again outline the risks so that the client can make an informed decision.
